Meet Faith

Hello, I am Faith Franz. I have a Master of Social Work degree and a Master of Education. I hold clinical social worker licenses in several states. I have worked in the social services field for over three decades. I am originally from the Midwest and now live on Whidbey Island in Washington State. Adoption, social work and counseling are my passion. These same areas have touched my own life.

I am a mom of two adult children (one who is biological and the other who is adopted). I had a long, challenging first marriage and received insight and breakthrough by seeking counseling. I am now happily remarried and together we enjoy caring for our sweet Bouvier dog (Remi), biking, traveling, enjoying a local beach, participating in our local church, and maintaining close relationships with friends and family. My individual hobbies also include playing the flute, reading mystery books, and fitness.

I recognize the courage necessary to take the first step towards healing. I focus on evidence based treatment models that are backed by research and are client centered.

I have witnessed the change counseling makes in the lives of others. It impacts not only the person who has experienced the counseling breakthrough but also those closest to them…their spouse and children. It is a privilege to come alongside individuals and couples who are ready to begin the process of seeking solutions.

I have assisted over a thousand people with home study services. It is a great honor to have played a role in their adoption journeys. My clients are inspirational. They have shown me the importance of faith, perseverance, resiliency, and the power of love.


As an adoptive mom I know firsthand what is required to complete a home study and finish an adoption. I empathize with the emotions and investment of time, energy, and resources needed to turn one’s dream into a reality. I am passionate about adoption, and I’m committed to providing quality home study services in a timely manner.
